A little about me..

After graduating from Carleton University with a Honours degree in History, I went on to pursue my passion for filmmaking. I moved back to Toronto and graduated from Toronto Film School. Since then I have been a creative professional in the Film and Television industry for over 10 years. For three  years I worked as a In-house Director/Cinematographer for a food and beverage production agency, working closely with brands such as Pepsi, Absolute Vodka and Mars Inc.

 

From there I took on a new role with Rogers Sports & Media as part of the Creative Group as a in-house Cinematographer. Working on larger commercials and projects with brands such as Sportsnet, Unilever, Tim Hortons, WWE and Scotties. In that time I have not stopped improving my ability at storytelling; whether its through working with actors to obtain the desired performance, invoking emotion through the composition of the frame or a camera movement, or gaining more technical experience in lighting a scene. All of this allows me to execute my personal aesthetic as a Director and a Cinematographer.
